Walmart~Heinz Vinegar $.16 Plus Uses

There was a $1/1 any size Heinz Venegar coupon in last Sunday's SmartSource insert. Walmart has these for $1.16 so mine was $.16. Some are reporting Target has them for a $1 so it is free.
